Lead Times

Orders ship out from our studio within 3 to 5 business days after received.

Many items are made to order and will ship out within 1-3 weeks of our receipt of your order. 

We are only able to ship to the address indicate at checkout. please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving order confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made

Due to demand all orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping

An email confirmation is provided when your order has shipped.  Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated via USPS. Allow 2-14 business days to receive your order.  Please allow up to 21 days for International shipping. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.  

All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Once the package has been shipped, Melanated Luxury is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment.
